By accessing our website, booking a demo, signing up for a subscription, or otherwise using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

When you sign up, you may be provided with account credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@gohank.ai if you suspect any unauthorized access.
You agree not to share your account credentials with third parties or use another customer's account without authorization.
Subscription fee: Hank is billed on a monthly basis at the rate disclosed at the time of purchase (currently $499/month unless otherwise agreed). Fees are due in advance of each billing period.
Payment processing: Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Hank to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Ad spend: Where applicable, your plan includes a monthly Google Ads credit. This credit is applied to your Google Ads account and used for advertising on your behalf. Unused credit does not roll over.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment is not received within 10 days, we may suspend your account until payment is made.
No refunds: Fees paid are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you cancel mid-month, your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Price changes: We may change our fees at any time with at least 30 days' advance notice to your registered email address.
By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@gohank.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.
By us: We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion, with reasonable notice where possible.
Effect of termination: Upon termination, your access to our services will cease. We will return ownership of your domain (if applicable) and remove our management access from your third-party platform accounts within 14 days. You will retain access to any website content we created for you.

We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., a specific number of leads, a specific Google ranking, or a specific revenue increase). Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, competition, review history, and budget.
Your content: You retain ownership of all content you provide to us, including photos, business descriptions, and logos. By providing content, you grant Hank a non-exclusive license to use it to deliver our Service.
Our work product: Website designs, copy, and other materials we create for you as part of the Service become your property upon payment of all applicable fees. Hank retains the right to use these materials in our portfolio or for promotional purposes (e.g., "built by Hank") unless you request otherwise in writing.
Hank platform: Our software, systems, methodologies, and brand are and remain the property of Hank. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of our platform without express written permission.
Our Service involves managing your presence on third-party platforms including Google, Yelp, Nextdoor, Angi, Thumbtack, Reddit, and others. These platforms have their own terms of service and policies that you are also bound by.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HANK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that our Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved. Search engine rankings, lead volumes, and business outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HANK'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO HANK IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
IN NO EVENT WILL HANK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hank and its employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
You waive any right to a jury trial and agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis, not as part of a class action.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
